@rubykar3k I did my second placement in a 2FE school and the teacher workload there seemed to be the same as what I have now. I am lucky and work with a supportive SLT, so my (almost) first year has been a positive experience! Good luck with your first teaching post x

@rubykar3k Hi, I am an ECT1 in a 1FE school. I love that I only have to plan for my class. I can change a unit/topic without having to worry about a partner class - I love the flexibility being on your own brings. My school uses a mix of schemes and teacher plans so workload is okay
