@FlySWISS Totally unacceptable customer service. a trending issue with Swiss... Swiss Air left me with no ticket after requesting a simple change. Left me stranded and forced to purchase a replacement ticket at $2,400. Formal complaint & multiple calls still No response...

@FlySWISS I called to change my flight—not cancel it. Your agent charged my card, sent a confirmation, then I arrived at the airport to find no valid ticket. I was stranded and forced to spend $2,400+ to get home. I've filed a complaint/called repeatedly. No response.

@FlySWISS @FlySWISS cancels passengers flights on a whim... Swiss Air left me with no valid ticket and stranded in Italy and forced to purchase a replacement ticket at $2,400 USD. Submitted formal complaint weeks ago and no response from Swiss. Unacceptable customer service.
