The delivery driver on the Friday night was sent alone and needed help to get the bed upstairs and assistance building it! A joke from beginning to end. Apparently I am welcome to deliver the bed back myself. Thank you for all of your help in the saddest of moments for my family.

@MedequipUK Contacted the wharf way unit for bed collection after my father passed away last night and was told collection would be Tuesday the 6th even though the bed is in my mothers bedroom and distressing her. Wouldn’t mind but the unit is 3 mins (0.5 miles) from the house.

The bed was faulty from the evening it arrived and beeped every 30 mins. Contacted an engineer who told us he’d have to eat his burger and chips before coming out and then said the only way to fix it would be to move my father who was in tremendous pain back to his normal bed.

@AsdaServiceTeam placed an order for £98.44 this morning only to have someone else’s shopping delivered. It was an express delivery so couldn’t hand back to the driver. Called your team several times today and am getting nowhere with a refund. I would very much like my money back
