@AlexJPMiller Difficult as I get both sides however I sway towards keeping him, had zero tools to show what he can do but importantly in a summer of mass change a constant is required and with a new owner that wants to implement an identity HP red bull experience could be invaluable

Sensilbe route is for efl to use discretion give a 6point deduction and then change the rule to exclude disqualified personnel and owner loans from the 25p in future.
