@curryspcworld I am still yet to have received a response to the formal complaint I lodged with you on 15/12/20 and since then written to your Head Office? I’ve DM’d the CC number numerous times to you too. Do you simply ignore complaints? @BBCWatchdog

First contacted @TeamKnowhowUK on the 11/1/21 so speak to them a about my terrible service and I've only ever had one reply to my numerous DMs in over two weeks which didn't answer my problem! finding them quick to answer publicly but not when it switches to DMs? 🤔
