@Phil_Lewis_ I worked as a lifeguard, swim teacher, swim team coach (very different jobs), private and group tutor, library tech assistant, and I picked up the odd pet-or-farm sitting job. This obviously does not count the various paid/unpaid internships I had.

I used to get stomach aches every sunday, and my parents never believed me, they thought i was "trying to get out of church". It took me YEARS of deliberate work to uncover and change that body habit. Now my sundays are relaxing and enjoyable, and i can stomach eating dinner.

@LindseyPSmith7 I had a field-gear fannypack that i filled with a compass, animal track guide, pocketknife, specimen bottles, and a magnifying glass, and that kept me occupied in the woods for HOURS.
