Same situation here. Yesterday managed to get someone @CapitalOne Travel on the phone after 2 hrs who said he couldn't help so transferred the call to a "specialist" spent another 2 hrs on hold before phone disconnected. On hold again today for 3 hrs so far and counting...

Waiting 5 hours in the Capital One travel Queue and still not able to cancel a flight even though the airline granted a waiver but since issued thru Cap One have to go through them. Appears to be a Cap One attempt to get us to abandon miles to reduce liability. Seems illegal
