8 years ago, I lived 20 years of my life roaming around in a 15 mile radius.
Today I am a digital nomad, who has traveled 32+ US States, 20 National Parks, 10 countries, and counting!
Here is my story:
Carbs are good to fuel the day but carbs are not good for weight loss. If you are at the body fat you wanna be at then it is perfect to maintain but to reduce fat you need to cut out carbs, sugar, and processed fats. I’m at 22% body fat, goal is 18% at this point I am planning to get back to eating carbs.
I started traveling properly at 21. Everywhere I went I met European and American kids on gap years before 23.
I used to think I was behind. I wasn't. I just started my count on a different day than they did.
Never compare someone's day 100 to your day 1. Everyone has different starting line.
The reason why I post my thoughts on social media is to wake up a sleeping person but there are people here who are pretending to be asleep. They just lurk around, consume, don't engage, and learn nothing of significance from their scrolling. My work will have no impact on you if you are consciously ignorant.
I regret to inform you that writing down your goals, praying, doing yoga daily, and relaxing more actually does help you find your purpose. No hack required.
3/52 · Third Eye Chakra Affirmation
"I trust what I see beneath the surface. Discipline has sharpened my intuition. I am patient with what is still becoming clear."
Close your eyes. Say it almost as a whisper. This one isn't meant to be declared, it's meant to be received.
When we ask the question "Why?", it doesn't have an answer. The question is asked to understand the problem statement better. A well-formed question is a question half answered. So, every time you want an answer to your question - you need to clarify the problem statement and then ask "What?" can be done about it.
@prasann_pandya We are the same but i’m getting better at managing this and i’m more polite in my exchange from now on since I learnt that the world doesn’t work on my pace.
A vine needs warmth, sunlight, water, nutrients, and time before it becomes something worth aging.
That final ingredient, sugar, is also what Vedic astrology ties to wealth, elegance, and grace. The same slow sweetness that makes a wine good is what it takes to make a life feel rich.
I never knew how deeply I could surrender until life handed me a situation where control simply wasn't an option.
What I learnt is that every one of us is already connected to the divine feminine. That connection might need work, might be buried under years of armor, but she never stops being there.
It's never too late to tap into that energy.
I went to 3 countries in Europe and spent 2 weeks walking 20k+ steps a day, feeding my brain new information.
I came home a different person. Not metaphorically, energetically. Something in how I was holding myself had shifted.
My material reality folded into that shift fast. Faster than I expected anything to move.
