5 weeks ago my husband & young son were in an accident - a lorry misjudged & ran the car off the motorway. It’s wrecked. We’re insured with @HastingsDirect & our policy includes a courtesy car. We still don’t have one. Hours of phone calls & our broken car is STILL on the drive.
