@Xfinity Xfinity should know when they have a line down. When a customer says that it’s laying in the street and across the sidewalk I would expect they would come fix it immediately. Especially in a school zone. No one came to what was called MY “scheduled appointment”
@Xfinity Have spent HOURS trying to resolve the issue. I’m a single mom with two kids. One of which is a high school senior who does independent studies. I have used all my cell hotspot data so everything is moving slowly.
@Xfinity I reported last week that I had a cable outside my house that was down at the pole. Not the house. An infrastructure issue. No technician or agent seemed to know what I was talking about. Kept thinking it was my equipment. Still not fixed.
@Facebook how many tweets will it take for you to listen to us @jenbright77@sjrice18 we are just some of the many people who have had their accounts stolen and you are doing NOTHING..why are you ignoring your users? #FacebookFailedUs
@Facebook “you’re temporarily banned for exercising your first amendment rights”...also @facebook “due to COVID, we can’t review your account.” #whereismyfacebook
@the_sazatron@Facebook I’m glad to help! I hate this unresponsiveness. I’m willing to bet that if we put swear words or added anything political or religious, it’d be an issue, but helping people recover accounts is too hard! #whereismyfacebook
@Facebook Someome hacked my account because of a data breach when Facebook got hacked and our information was shared. You failed to protect me. Now you are making it impossible for me to get the account off. All I ask is that you delete my account! #FacebookIsntSafe
