@houseoffraser Nice work, my sons coat has been delivered complete with a stylish security tag attached!! Your chatbot is useless and apparently an email takes 7 days to be replied to! I ordered online for convenience, I really don’t have time for this!
Oh and @OctopusEnergy also promised me a 40% refund on the higher tariff they were now gonna have to bill me on, bill arrives, no refund! @ofgem these clowns don’t ring me back and I’m 2 grand in credit with them due to this! Any help appreciated!
Why are energy suppliers so incompetent? @OctopusEnergy don’t bill me for 6 months despite my efforts to get them to do so! Then say I need new meters, guy turns up today, no new meters in sight, said he was booked to look at the old ones! I ring up, nobody can help! #igiveup
@OctopusEnergy I never thought it would be this difficult to be billed by an energy company! No Ele bill since Feb and no gas bill since May, over £2k in credit and I just want a bill but am being repeatedly ignored!!!
@AskVirginMoney A complaints manager called me yesterday and assured me this would be fixed by today. No surprise that it is not fixed! Honestly it’s a joke. I have not been able to use the accounts properly for around 6 weeks now.I am not paying an account charge for something that doesn’t work
@AskVirginMoney when will the issue with money pots on the app be sorted? It’s two weeks now and I’m going to move all my accounts elsewhere if this isn’t sorted soon!
@AskVirginMoney When is this likely to be resolved? This has been ongoing for a month and we are both paying for signature accounts where we cannot use the most basic of functions! I can’t even use the website on my phone this won’t display all my accounts, I have to use my laptop.
@AskVirginMoney I have just waited over half an hour to speak to somebody on your online chat on the app and once again it has logged me out despite me not leaving the app or allowing the phone to go to sleep. I need this fixing as does my partner!
@AskVirginMoney I have just uninstalled and reinstalled the app yet again and the pots appear, allow one transfer then disappear again! Please can this be raised! I don’t have time to wait on hold for ages to speak to someone. My partner has the same issue so it clearly isn’t resolved your end!
@OutwoodFreeston My daughter, yr 7, is struggling to access Google classroom, i can’t find any resource on the school site to help or see if she is doing it right, can someone help? She’s upset that her homework will be late if she can’t access it. Thanks
