@British_Airways @JBroLdn I'm trying as well - it generally works but just hangs when I try to redeem a voucher. I've tried DM-ing but just get told to redeem the voucher on the site. I've tried clearing history etc. Can someone PLEASE help????

@British_Airways I am trying to redeem a voucher but the site is hanging. I've tried DMing but the bot is just telling me to go to the website to redeem my voucher... I'm on the website and it's not letting me redeem. How can I get the site to function properly?

@British_Airways @thorntog See my comments - but in my case the fees/phone charges were NOT advertised prior to making a booking, nor when vouchers were issued for cancelled flights.

@British_Airways @thorntog I can understand a charge if it's something that could be done on the website (though I think it's poor customer service) but it seems unfair to charge people for something that cannot be done on the website (like redeem vouchers for cancelled flights worth £1000s)

@British_Airways This is such BS - I've been trying to reach a live person for two days. Can someone PLEASE respond with a working telephone number for BA??? I've been waiting for a response to my DM for two days.

@British_Airways Hahahahaha - you can't change! The 'manage my booking' page said I couldn't and to ring an agent. The number on the site gave me a different number on a recording. That number had a recorded message telling me it was no longer in use and to use the number on the site.
