@Kirtaner Agreed. From within, it is difficult to see that what is considered “good work ethic” is glorified dysfunction. “The grind”, etc reward the most dysfunctional behaviour because it is also the behaviour that is least likely to change anything meaningful within the system.

@Seba_Time @Troyliss @Albertadoctors The shittyness of the system isn't due to the amount being spent. The US spends more private AND public dollars per capita than Canada and has worse health outcomes. Doctors are paid reasonably (or less) for the value they provide. We need a better system, not cheaper doctors.
