@DrDennisOuma My brother please refrain from fueling hate,Don't repeat the shameful acts done in South Africa. Kenya should be a symbol of love among all Africans, One Africa is possible, Kenya setting an example where all Africans from all corners of the continent can live in harmony.
A Kenyan who can attack a peaceful Burundian or Congolese brother simply trying to earn a living will also attack a fellow Kenyan if the opportunity arises in 2027. May Peace, Love and Unity be with us.
Most Burundians here are in Kadogo or peanuts economy. Expelling them will not create real jobs for our 25M Kenyans mostly youth living in poverty. Why only Burundians? Isn’t this sabotage of East African & African unity? And we have 3 M kenyans in the Diaspora. Beware Kenyans!
@Dr_AustinOmondi Are you implying Msando and Ouko and Julie Ward and many women killed in BNBs were killed by foreigners since their cases have never found a closure?
Someone who ran away from their country, bought a KES 500 flask and KES 200 bucket and walks around selling coffee and mandazi is the reason why you as a graduate in Food Technology is unemployed. Riiight.
Kenyans do not become as mediocre as your government. An African cannot be a foreigner in Africa. Chasing a Burundian or Congolese Brother who sells coffee or clothes in the streets will not relieve you from poverty. Chasing the incompetent Ruto's government may.
If you feel Burundians are taking your mjengo jobs because they are cheaper the wise thing to do is to make your government enforce a minimum wage. Nobody is going to pay you more just because you are a Kenyan when a Burundian can offer the same value at half the price.
