@HRMFireNews Whatever happened to people taking pride in their neighborhood? Not so very long ago citizens would take care of the sidewalk and the curb between their front lawn and the street. If you noticed that the sidewalk needs shoveling, or a hydrant needs to be unburied, do it yourself.
