Epstein’s 2003 Cuba trip was almost certainly unlawful under 31 CFR Part 515, occurred alongside his sex-trafficking accomplices Maxwell and Brunel, was facilitated by former Colombian President Andrés Pastrana, and produced a documented in-person meeting and photograph with Fidel Castro.

In November 2017 Epstein funded the NeuPsyco Congress, a Cuban state-backed international neuroscience conference held at the Havana state venues Hotel Palco and Hotel Meliá Habana, organized by the Cuban Neuroscience Center (CNEURO), the Cuban Society of Psychiatry, and Italy’s MIND Society, and marketed through the Cuban state tourism arm Grupo Empresarial PALCO.

Epstein’s Cuba philanthropy was one node in a broader Latin America strategy that included at least $4.5 million in PDVSA bond purchases through Venezuelan intermediary Francisco D’Agostino, discussions with the chairman of sanctioned Venezuelan oil-services firm Derwick Associates, and a proposed 1,000 MW solar project in Chile’s Atacama Desert.

Havana Syndrome timing coincidence with his 2017 conference is noted but not causally established.

On July 21, 2026, House Judiciary Ranking Member Jamie Raskin launched a formal investigation into “evidence Epstein acted as [an] unregistered agent for foreign powers.” Raskin’s letter names Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Russia, and Israel (via Ehud Barak) explicitly.

Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, who received and processed the October 2015 National Jets Cuba affidavit email, continue to control the Epstein estate, were never interviewed by federal investigators during the original DOJ probe, testified under oath before House Oversight in March 2026 that they saw no wrongdoing, and hold the wire records that would establish exactly what Epstein paid to Cuban state entities and when.

My 21 yo son was paralyzed in an accident that wasn’t his fault 6 1/2 years ago. We have battled insurance companies every step of the way. He did get approved for SS without an appeal (quadriplegic) but since he was so young, his SS was less than $1000/month. The driver who hit him had $50,000 in coverage. Our system is beyond broken.
