@RailwaySeva I understand your point but my kid is continuously crying as he is travelling first time on train and can't sit on the upper birth. We are ok to downgrade from 2ac to 3ac. Please support. @RailMinIndia@AshwiniVaishnaw@IRCTCofficial

I am having such a bad experience with tataaig. First, your system mentioned wrong birthdate (1 day before the actual) on my policy. Frm lst 2 days I'm trying to add my kid in policy and ur ivr sys tk me to wrong dept. Noone caling me back !
