@orangetheory hi OTF! Big fan of your classes. I recently resumed my membership but for some reason I am receiving 3-5 calls per day from studios nationwide about joining. Yesterday was FL, CO, OH, NY, CA, WA. PLEASE tell me how to stop this.
@Cptupperlip @NYSLabor I think I just started having the same problem. Last week I certified and then this week it says I didn’t and have a break in claim.
@ASOS_HeretoHelp just had a very unhelpful customer service online chat. She didn’t understand my problem and then “hung up” on me when I was asking for further assistance. I need assistance and hate that I can’t actually speak to a person!
