@kpottermn I got upgraded 75% of the time last year out of MSP as plat but I’m a leisure traveler with some flexibility. When booking, I factor in the remaining comfort AND first seats. More open comfort = less plat and diamonds. Then I’d use my RUC for flight with full c+

@KurtBenkert When I was 9, I won a contest at Kohl’s to get to be the coin toss kid at a game on Christmas Eve. My Mom took my older brother instead, because “I didn’t even like football.” I was so mad that I started watching every game to prove her wrong. This bit has now lasted 26 years.
