The inaugural 4 Nations super seniors has now been confirmed. 3/4/5 March 2023. I have been appointed captain of the Welsh teams, a big honour for me. Bearing in mind that you are clearly very busy, to try out for another game representing your country then please get in touch

@JiffyRugby Good afternoon, A four nations Super Seniors over 60 Four Nations Padel tournament is in the process of being organised for next February or March at we are Padel in Derby. Wales have never put a team in a padel tournament, but it's about time. Any thoughts?
