Just my thought’s.. 🥳
You can be frustrated and still communicate with class. You don’t have to cuss people out to be taken seriously. You don’t have to disrespect somebody to set a boundary. You don’t have to become ugly just because the situation is ugly. Be clear. Be firm. Keep receipts. Say what needs to be said. But don’t let nobody pull you out of your character. Sometimes we are so focused on being RIGHT that we forget to be KIND. How you communicate when you’re irritated says more about your growth than how you communicate when everything is going your way. Firm doesn’t have to mean foul. Boundaries don’t require bad behavior. And kindness does not make you weak. You can handle business AND still represent Jesus.
The Attributes Of Great Leaders
1- Great leaders don’t fear the people they are leading. They are peacemakers not peacekeepers.
2- Great leaders have a vision and they have faith to accomplish it.
3- Great leaders are forerunners who are willing to make mistakes.
4- Great leaders give people something worth sacrificing for.
5- Great leaders are not intimidated by the strength of others but instead they celebrate and develop them.
6- Great leaders take responsibility for things that are not their fault.
7- Great Leaders bring out the best in others.
8- Great leaders understand the seasons of their lives. Like geese, they take turns at the front and honk from the back when it’s their time to rest.
9- Great leaders are gifted and they also have character. They live from virtues and stances and not just
circumstances.
10- Great leaders are skilled at confronting people honorably.
The strength it takes to stand on stage and say that you forgive a person who brought so much hurt to you.
Absolutely incredible, Erika.
What a stunning example of the Christian faith.
The real downside?
You learn what loyalty actually looks like.....then realize most people don’t come close.
A dog waits for you.
Guards you.
Loves you without conditions.
Never switches up.
Never fakes it.
Never uses you.
And once you’ve felt that kind of loyalty from a creature that can't speak...
you start losing patience with humans who can....but still choose betrayal.
So yeah…
The worst part of having a dog?
It exposes how disposable and disloyal most people really are.
Rewrite your story.
Go laugh in places you cried.
Go win in places you lost.
Go love where you once feared.
Go dream where you once doubted.
Go soar where you once stumbled.
Go shine where you were once dimmed.
Go embrace the journey that led you here.
Go rise where you once fell.
Go find peace where there was chaos.
Go be the strength you once needed.

The relevance and timeliness has been lacking because its always amiss THE strategic vision needed.
It takes a lifetime to build a business, a family or a ministry, but it just takes one stupid mistake to burn it all down.
Sometimes the best thing you can do in a time of great passion is to walk away, sleep on it, go talk to a safe person about how you feel.
Our prisons are full of people who, in a moment of passion, made the wrong decision and changed the trajectory of their life.
So, Pause-Ponder-Pray and Process with a wise, safe, trusted friend.”
The comical irony of the woke brigade constantly screaming ‘Trump’s a fascist!!!!’ is that they themselves are the fascists who cancel and destroy anyone who dares to defy their narrow, hectoring, puritanical, joyless, hypocritical and utterly deluded world view.
If ppl are unfamiliar with Trump's material and failed to observe/understand his professional work..and their only source was mainstream media...well they should've stayed quiet because how can you understand a complex character and appreciate what he can bring to the table???
People were speaking from ignorance. If we were to pull out all the questionable/bad decisions they make in their personal lives and judge their professional competence based on that info, they won't like it 🙄
One of the most important skills I see in successful (and good) people is to constantly reevaluate assumptions. They make predictions based on various inputs, some of them unknown, and reevaluate based on what they got right and wrong. They trust people not because they're always right--no one is--but because if you're constantly seeking the truth it's easy to identify those who are doing the same.
If you were confident that Donald J. Trump was going to lose, maybe you should question what else you "know" about him. Maybe the people who misled you about his electoral chances have misled you about other things.
In the words of Cormac McCarthy, "If the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule?"
