๐ง I have taken a lot of useful strategies and thought processes home from this. But the key thing I realised today, is that making an aim is much harder than I thought.
James Eames discussed the umbrella term of Neurodivergent and how as educators we can help support and facilitate equality in practice. A key note I have taken from this; work with the student, Ask, Respond, Collaborate and Check in.

Really interesting discussion from @AdukeOnafowokan from โInclusivitiiโ about Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for Educators. Especially considering ARRS roles in primary care. By including all roles in training this can maximise inclusivity and a positive empowering experience
