#fsu2040 https://t.co/Yr0cnWNjbP i would incorporate kahoot into my future classroom and it would be a great addition to my teacher pln. i could use it to create quizzes on any topic and in-person students and online students can use it at the same time

@eme2040 #fsu2040 i think that this course should cover different ways to present material. everyone uses powerpoint and google slides, but i'm sure there are many other ways to create a presentation. i think it would be very interesting to learn about that and create unique presentations

@eme2040 I plan to use https://t.co/g7sFXJDFmj (Google Classroom) for my future classroom. I loved using it in my middle school classes! #fsu2040

here are some good education resources for teachers and students!
@educationweek for up to date education events
https://t.co/s0qmKzffK1 for educational videos
https://t.co/zwfayT29S2 for educational games and skill building games

it can be hard to ensure engagement in students virtually, but relating to students culturally can not only deepen understanding but can also deepen connections to students while not in person!

[Education Week @educationweek]

"Culturally responsive teaching allows [students] to draw on their social and cultural fluencies in order to build and deepen understandings..." #EWopinion https://t.co/Ga9l6DUZjM

@HarveyAlvy1 as much as i think the priority should be all of those things, i think it’ll be too hard to reach all of them to a sufficient level by how limited learning pods are in general. the teaching won’t be up to standard because the environment in which they take place is very different

[@jennarr2040 @jennarr2040]

one thing that can cause problems is the overload of internet connection. when i was in school, we had so much experience of the internet crashing because of everyone trying to be on the internet at the same time, so that prevented students from completing an activity #fsu2040
