I don’t want the email of 50 words summarized by AI. I don’t want to know my biological age. I don’t want the wearable telling me when I should be happy. I don’t want the Bluetooth toothbrush gamifying brushing my teeth. I don’t want my trash can to be “smart”. I don’t want my Air Fryer connected to WiFi. I don’t want an app for my coffee maker. I don’t want my refrigerator sending me push notifications.
Enough.
But eventually, with the help of a top London doctor (doing clinical trials on histamine intolerance with Imperial College London), I finally got the right tests, a treatment plan, and a strict diet that made me feel like myself again.
Last year, I was diagnosed with histamine intolerance; a real condition, despite what comment warriors (and even some GPs) may tell you. My NHS doctor didn't spot it. One allergy specialist sent me on a wild goose chase.
@NutritiousLife_ I went through the wringer for years trying to find answers. Finally identified histamine as the culprit this year and now I’m on the road to recovery. 🙌
@BioavailableNd Histamine sufferer here 🙋♀️ I was prescribed an SSRI back in 2021 for anxiety and depression. A doc in 2025 told me about the histamine link. This is fascinating thanks for sharing!

- Cacao
- Shellfish
- Strawberries, papaya, pineapple
