@Ticketmaster , @twentyonepilots Still NO CALL from FRAUD or SUPERVISOR. It's been 120 hrs from fraud no call, 24 hours no supervisor call.Should I buy new tickets and pay $132 in fees to a company that robs you of your tickets? The concert is WEDNESDAY in Orlando!

My Ticketmaster account was compromised! I reached out to Fan Support on Friday, August 30th, and they escalated the issue to the fraud department as they couldn't reset my account. They assured me that Fraud would contact me within 24-48 hours. After waiting for 48 hours, on Sunday, September 1st, I began contacting the Fraud department directly, having located their number on Reddit, since I hadn't received a call. It took three days of persistent calling to 888-731-4111 until Ellie from the fraud department responded at 3:45pm on the third day. After I reported the hacking and provided my order number, Ellie restored access to my account. However, she informed me that my tickets for Twenty-One Pilots - The Clancy World Tour at Kia Center, Orlando, FL, on Wednesday, September 11th, had been sold. She promised to consult with management to retrieve my tickets and to return my call within 24-48 hours. I reminded her that I had not received a callback previously, but Ellie assured me she would personally call me back within the timeframe. The callback was due by September 5th at 3:45pm, yet I received no communication. Since then, I've called the Fraud department six times and left numerous messages today. The concert is in four days, and I urgently need assistance. @Ticketmaster @LiveNation @Michael_Rapino
