Beyond pissed off @UPS. Arranged for an Amazon return for a walking pad for my mother and driver walked by it and did not ring doorbell. Then customer service told me that a fix could be having her (over 70yrs old) go to the street and flag down a random truck. WTF!!

@Worcester311 once again our street got missed for recycling pick up. Got missed last week as well and basically every other week for quite awhile. We are on Buckley road off a main street (June) and the surrounding streets have no problem. What the heck? We are not a hidddn st.

CVS used to be my go to pharmacy but now there is nothing but bad service. Trying to get a medication but now stuck in a endless cycle. The distributor process is inept and communication deceiving & misleading. Got a text but this not what the pharmacy told my dr. @cvspharmacy

@novonordiskus we see the social media regarding Wegovy shortage but it is only strategically placed key words. No empathy for the individual (like me) who has struggled and finally saw success to then get it ripped away with an “go see your pcp”. No wonder pharma gets the rep.

@cvspharmacy - you are failing your customers. Is it company policy to stop certain meds? I have been waiting almost 2 weeks to refill my med (Wegovy). I know there is a shortage but not at the dosage I am on. Is it all or nothing? Or only the more affluent locales getting it?

@novonordiskus @drdsay1 @kmbtexas512 Well how is that working? Just this morning I saw advertisements. I have been using the medication for a like 4 months and I won’t be able to get a refill. People legitimately using the medication are being ditched. But as long as your bottom line is growing who cares right?
