Because I said clearly burden of proof was on the accuser. Who also has to share any evidence. And allow for due process.
Without any evidence, the case will never proceed.

If it’s within the statute of limitations, all elements of due process would apply to the case, so again, there is no denial of due process.

We have statutes of limitations. As long as those haven’t expired charges can be filed.

The burden of proof falls on the accuser.
And the accuser would have to turn anything they have over to the defense.

States like FL and TX have huge immigrant populations.

Removing them from the census actually ends up with a net gain of 1-2 seats for BLUE states.

Illegal immigrants are counted in the census in both blue and red states.

Multiple analyses have demonstrated this is a net gain of 1-2 RED seats in Congress.

So by all means, remove them. I’ll take those blue seats back.
