So we’re trying to connect Slack directly to execution using AI agents.

Basically making Slack actually do the work with us, not just talk.

Founders, You Want to pick my brain? I’ll save you time, here’s what I find in 90% of my calls:

- you have too much going on, cut 50-70% of your initiatives, channels, costs etc

- as a result, you’re executing in a mediocre/surface level way, take any signal you find and peel the onion 3 more levels deep.

- you are spending too much $ on service providers and not developing yourself or team nearly enough

- you are slow. Bc you have too many things going on and not enough resources.

- you aren’t connecting your resources/inputs to your initiatives/outputs in a realistic way.

I did all of this my first time as an entrepreneur. Learn from my mistakes.

Deeper focus, higher quality, move faster.
