@AmericanAir the weather definitely wrecked my travel but your lack of a plan to support customers is disappointing. Weather in Dallas isn’t new but it seemed like you were unprepared. The 800# your agent provided asked me to take a survey then disconnected. Be better than this.
@traviscooper93@AmericanAir I had a rough American experience today. The agent wasn’t interested in getting me home - just booked to fly out on the next available - Sunday. Booked United to get home Friday AM.
Rough travel day but a shout-out to Michael working the @Hertz counter at PSP. He came thru with a one-way rental for us to use to drive to LAX to get home when our flight was cancelled. He was kind and creative while we worked thru our options.
The monarch butterfly migration near Austin is stunning. So many small butterflies making their way for the winter. I do have a lot of guilt for the number of dead butterflies on my car. They were unavoidable.
The @FriscoHumaneSoc has the sweetest kittens available for adoption. And one older, declawed Russian Blue named Malory, who is so loving. Available to cuddle this weekend at the Preston PetSmart.
Arkansas is the most beautiful of the Midwest states. The rolling hills and numerous trees makes it so scenic. Excited to be visiting here for the next 4 years.
Love being back in the Midwest and seeing @caseysgenstore! If you grew up around in the Midwest, you probably had a Casey’s nearby to grab sodas with friends or pizza for dinner.
Almost left Toronto without seeing much but the work was done and the sun was out so got to explore. Colorful. Welcoming. Doesn’t feel overly touristy.
Back in Chicago - first major city I ever visited. Raised $ for my science club to visit. For a kid who had barely left mid-Missouri, it was a big deal. Had no idea how to raise enough $ so I called a prof event planner. She offered ideas for free to an ambitious kid.
Enjoyed my morning coffee with a walk around The Grove in Frisco. Public parks are an asset. They are welcoming to all, promote healthy lifestyles & give people a connection to others in their community. Impressed at how Frisco has invested in great parks. @CityOfFriscoTx
