after an awful customer service situation with @FlyFrontier they finally agreed to a small reimbursement for travel. That was 3 months ago. It was supposed to take 6 weeks. This is the worst airline I've ever dealt with.
@FrontiatCare_ I will never ever fly @FrontierCare again and I will tell everyone I know they should stay away. You are dishonest and awful to deal with.
It really seems that the goal of @FrontierCare is to frustrate the customer until it's just not worth it. I'm told something different each time and offered no help. It's pretty disgusting.

I can't believe I'm surprised but @FrontierCare is such garbage. Now after hours/days/weeks of following up with this, I'm somehow getting LESS than what was promised to me?
@FrontiatCare_ Iโm not sending a DM. Iโve done this several times. Iโve spent hours talking to people. I have in writing what I was supposed to be refunded and today someone changed the number. Also the refund was supposed to happen two weeks ago and never did.
I've been waiting for a refund from @FlyFrontier@FrontierCare that I was told was processed for over two weeks. No response to my emails about receipts I was told to send. No response at all!
Anyway, lesson learned! The only reason I flew @FlyFrontier is because it was a direct flight from DC to Denver and I thought, how bad could it be? The answer is that it was horrible! I will never fly them again. It's a gross experience all around.
@FrontiatCare_ I've asked for explanation about what happened and no one is interested in finding out why your employees acted so badly. No one is interested in making this better for me or compensating me for what happened. You all seem to be fine with employees being horrible to passengers.
Pretty sure everyone knows this but @FlyFrontier@FrontierCare is an airline you should never EVER fly. I have never encountered customer service like this! A horribly experience from start to finish.
Have had the worst experience with @FlyFrontier chasing down customer service, trying to right the situation that happened to me on Saturday. Still waiting for answers and compensation for the ways they violated the DOT rules and regulations.
