@United UA 862 cancelled due to engine fire. 🔥 lack of customer service in Hong Kong was appalling. Left us on a hot airplane for 2 hrs, then didn’t provide any info after deplaning, no agents to speak to and US customer care was closed.

@united cancelled HK to SFO business class flight yesterday due to engine fire, spent 2 hrs on tarmac w/no AC, couldn’t fly out for 24 hours, now at SFO to LAX UA2127 and they dropped me off business class and didn’t even waitlist me. ??? #unitedairlines
