@Rotech Your service technicians are horrible! Treating an ill patient horribly is ridiculous! I hope your loved one doesn't get treated as horrible as my very ill mother was treated.
@BCBSAZ explain to me why I can't submit an appeal because the appeal deadline has passed but it took you 226 days to issue a response to our claim issue???
@UHC This is Brian Thompson CEO of UNH, he wakes up every single day and makes the decision to deny people with chronic illness access to what they need, or worse, to make it so difficult that they give up. This is the face of United Healthcare
@UHC how can your decision makers sleep at night when they make life altering decisions that affect the health of patients? What if it was YOUR child? Would you care then or turn your back on them as well???
I have a different definition of an "inconvenience" then @UHC@askUHC. To them, their decision re Remicade is an "inconvenience". To me, their decision impacts my health, my livelihood, and all aspects of my life. That's more than an inconvenience.
#UnitedHealthcare Needs to stop practicing medicine. Requiring me to stop a miracle medicine that I have been on for ten+ years to try a "cheaper" biosimilar drug is the practice of medicine. I either comply or United wont pay! @UHC
#UnitedHealthcare My doctor should get to prescribe the medicine he wants me to get and knows that works for me! Insurance companies should not be involved in decisions b/w doctor and patient! #Remicade is a miracle drug! @UHC
United Healthcare representative told me in January 2022 that I had a prior authorization for Remicade through January 26, 2022. Even gave me an authorization number to give my doctor. After my infusion, United Healthcare denied my claim. #UnitedHealthcare
Began taking Remicade after FDA approval in 1998. Since Jan. 2003, been on it for at least ten years and it is a miracle drug for me. But no more, unless I pay $1500 each time b/c United Healthcare wants me to try something else. #UnitedHealthcare sucks!
I have had Crohn's Disease since 1994. The only drug that has worked for me is Remicade. It has been a miracle drug for me. But United Healthcare wants to gamble with my health making me to try a "cheaper" drug first before I can continue taking Remicade. #UnitedHealthcare
@barzee_michael@UHC@UHC when did you start practicing medicine in place of providers??? @UHC do you ever consider what is best for the PATIENT? The best interest of the patient is the only interest to be considered...Dr Will Mayo!
โUnited Healthcare reported taking in $37 billion more in commercial health plan revenues in the first quarter of this year than the same quarter in 2012 ($62.6 billion vs. $25.5 billion) while paying the claims of 35,000 fewer customers.โ Wendell Potter
