@zerochills That child is not a brat like people posted. She was overwhelmed by being center of attention and a crowd yelling or chanting at her. Throwing that down is a reaction many sensory sensitive children would have and parenting classes are needed. Shame on mom for slapping her hand

Studying exercise in people with exercise intolerance is like studying glucose metabolism in people with diabetes: it's going to underscore key differences between patients and healthy controls, but don't count on this to be a therapeutic trial. If you want exercise to be beneficial for people with exercise intolerance, fix the underlying pathophysiology first, then create appropriate and doable exercise regimens that patients can benefit from.

This is Cindy Crawford. She is a street dog that lives between a 7-11 and some restaurants. She is well known and everybody in the area feeds her. When I spotted her this morning she had given up and I had to lift her off her dangerous position with a kind Thai lady.

You could quickly see that this was more serious than just an overfed dog. She’s losing all her fur and it’ll be gone in a week or two. She is riddled with parasites and she is 43kg / 90 Lbs when she should be half that at the very most. She seems to only be about 5 years old.

Despite lots of locals and tourists feeding her she is clearly a very sick dog who needs special treatment. That has now started.

She can hardly walk 10 yards and she had trouble standing up on her little legs. My dream is to see her running after the moped one day in the future with the other dogs full of energy.

It might take a while but we’ll get you there Cindy Crawford. You were down but not out.

@mukthi2023 @LauraAPace Not funny for those of us that need help from @LauraAPace I go to Scripps that refuses to do anything with POTS. I now have my cardiologist with UCSD helping me with heart related and sent me to Dr Pace but now I can’t see her and her expertise. It is truly sad

@LauraAPace truly at a loss now-My ucsd cardiologist pots specialist has my heart rate under control after two years of hell Covid/ open heart surgery for aortic aneurysm and dvts and pulmonary embolisms but I’m debilitated by a plethora of neuro gastro issues she wanted me to go to you

@DaraOReilly3 @LauraAPace I really thought she was going to be an answer to my prayers so feel pretty sad and not sure it makes any sense to go there in November for the other two doctors and who knows if they will be there by then.
