#JUSTIN: Jailed Hong Kong activist Chow Hang-tung earlier applied to contest the government's injunction against protest anthem "Glory to Hong Kong".
The High Court ruled on technical grounds today that Chow was not a defendant in the case, meaning she could not intervene.

“We are examining which behaviours have not been covered by the Hong Kong national security law and other laws, and [are] paying attention to ‘soft resistance’ and internet loopholes,” said security chief Chris Tang.
