(4/4) The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife have activated a hotline to report any observed oiled animals. Any sightings can be reported to 1-800-22-BIRDS. We will continue to update as more information becomes available!
(3/4) The contracted divers are working to determine the best course of action for the sunken vessel. The depth of the wreck poses some additional safety concerns that the team is working to mitigate. Coast Guard surface assets remain on scene...

#UPDATE (1/2) #USCG is coordinating with Sound Watch and @NOAA to monitor the location of the Southern Resident Killer Whales in the vicinity of the San Juan Islands. While there are not any whales currently in the area, our agencies are prepared to deploy authorized deterrents.
