@greateranglia I’m trying to book a ticket from Colchester to flitwick. It’s showing 6 changes and 15 walk when there only needs to be three changes and no walking (I’ll have luggage) how can I get a sensible route?

@greateranglia Hi. Where can I find your off and super off peak times please? Trying to book a return ticket from Colchester to Liverpool Street. Leaving after 11am and returning after 5pm. App seems to be saying I can use an open return on anything after 5pm but want to check!

@greateranglia Hi. I’m confused. There’s been a well publicised fare freeze, but it’s now £10 more expensive for the same trains I was getting in December. How can you claim a fare freeze when prices have gone up?

@greateranglia I purchase advance tickets as it’s the only to way to afford getting in. I get the 7.31 in and the 16.50 (Stratford) home. To book that now is £41. It used to be £34. That’s a direct increase and not a freeze?
