Why does the foreign office "emergency helpline" automatically cut off after an hour and a half on hold and why have you not simply arranged for a plane/planes to fly UK citizens back as other countries have done?

@LauraClarkeUK @UKinNZ Laura. If we are moving towards repatriation, there must be sufficient time and resource to allow Brits to get from from South Island to Auckland. I appreciate that you're doing everything you can but clarity and advance warning are essential. Also when does should become *must*?
