Kevin Jackson was an enthusiastic Companion of the Guild, a wonderful, accessible writer on Ruskin, and a huge loss to all who knew and loved him when he died last year. This is a wonderful initiative in his memory, worthy of support.
Fascinated by form and pattern, Ruskin used processes of abstraction to communicate his thoughts through the composition of his works.

Wonderful afternoon with our new ecotherapy group @StNicksFields - thanks to @RuskinToday for supporting our project.
We drew leaves, studied a nest, wrote mini poems, planted seeds & talked about Ruskin's way of looking at the natural world. A robin sampled the custard creams.
I am so looking forward to this course, starting on Thursday in York. Funded by @RuskinToday. If you know anyone locally who could benefit from ecotherapy in the wonderful green spaces @StNicksFields, please spread the word
