@EastMidRailway I’m unable to upload more than one ticket image for a split journey (only part of the journey was cancelled). Can an actual human support so I can get the delay repay I’m owed as you’ve asked for more information twice now that I can’t provide on your system!
@CrossCountryUK why a 4 carriage service (not 8/9) between the SW/NE? Currently on 14.03 from Birmingham (30+ mins delayed), people can’t get on, aisles full of standing passengers. Dangerous overcrowding and impossible for passengers with accessibility needs.
@MoneySavingExp Does this apply to small/independent businesses too? I’ve noticed some only give 14 days, and say no refunds for sale items (both for online purchases).

@RoyalMailHelp impossible to find contacts details on your website. You have “delivered” my parcel to the completely wrong address and I have no idea where it might be just a picture so can’t even go and collect, not all items are replaceable, please provide GPS on your tracking
@EastMidRailway is the 15.00 from Sheffield to London likely to go ahead? It looks like most earlier trains have been cancelled. If not, can we use tickets to go via another route (Doncaster/LNER or XC to Derby)?

@EastMidRailway I’ve booked for the 18.02 tomorrow (LDN to SHF) which I can see on Trainline is cancelled. Can I get the 17.32 or alternatively use LNER services to Doncaster then across to Sheffield?
@RoyalMailHelp missed a delivery Mon , said it would be redelivered on Tues. Nothing so I rebooked delivery online w/o ref no and still nothing. Sender tracking says it is ready for collection but I don’t know where/how to collect. I’m also away from Saturday. Help!!

@SpeedoUK@speedo EVRI didn't deliver my parcel - photo shows left on street. I now have to fill a form on PDF that I can't edit (no printer) and refusing to refund or resend items until an investigation has been concluded. Burden on customer out of pocket not on evri! Why?
@RoyalMailHelp how do I tell my postie to stop pushing parcels through my cat flap please, it’s a microchip one so not designed to be pushed the wrong way and I’d rather not have it damaged or broken - otherwise will be an expense I will be billing you! It’s happened twice now!
