I am filled with grief & anger. The unvaxxed can make that choice, but their choice shouldn’t impact my life. My dad just died this am because he spent 15 days trying to get a bed in a hospital w/ specialization he needed. No vax? No medical care.

My dad has sat in the Newton hospital for over 2 weeks trying to get a bed at either U OF I or DSM. He was brought in to Centerville for sepsis. No beds, shortage of hospital transportation, shortage of staff…crazy times.
