I’ve always loved weather. However, this one night in 2016 was the spark that got me really pursuing severe weather.

I fondly remember riding in the passenger’s seat in my mom’s 2008 Yukon going to pickup some Pizza Hut. I took this photo with my Canon 70D that I originally bought to shoot weddings with. Since then, it’s seen more of the high plains than brides and grooms.

How fortunate I am to live in a climate that displays the wonder of our God year after year. And though I have gone through many cameras now, I will never tire trying to best capture that wonder.
