@0xQuit NSAIDs (like aleve) are the best for acute back injuries! They help with the inflammation. No need to get the “back pain specific” kinds of otc NSAIDs, they really aren’t any different from the normal version.

@0xQuit I have a herniated L4 & L5, for the first few months I couldn’t feel my legs at all. Suuuper scary. A few exercises have totally saved my life & my mobility! The most basic and helpful one was cat/cow. Super easy to do, easy to add intensity throughout the healing process.
