For me, it's the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway.

And I say this because many people hear "coastal highway" and think it's just another road project. It's far more than that.

On Section 1 alone (47.7km from Victoria Island to Eleko), we're looking at about 10 elevated structures - flyovers, interchanges and underpasses because the corridor passes through already built-up areas where traffic must continue to flow seamlessly.

Beyond Lagos, the project becomes even more ambitious. The highway will traverse some of the most challenging terrains in Nigeria, especially across Delta, Bayelsa and Rivers states, where wetlands, creeks, floodplains and unstable coastal soils present enormous engineering challenges.

The Badagry-Sokoto Superhighway is equally audacious because of its sheer length and the economic corridor it seeks to create across multiple regions. But from an engineering standpoint, much of the terrain is comparatively less challenging. What stands out there is the scale, ambition and political will required to execute it.

As for the reconstruction of MMIA, it's a necessary and important upgrade, but largely a modernization project, something many would argue should have happened years ago.

All three are significant, but if we're talking about engineering complexity, economic impact and the potential to redefine Nigeria's coastline and connectivity for decades, my pick is still the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway.
