@itvMLshow *the airline vietjetair will not refund us or give credit

[Jenny @jenren06]

@itvMLshow @itvMLshow what happens if the flights are still flying but you can’t enter the country? We’ve booked internal flights in Vietnam, they are still flying but we can’t get to Vietnam! Will travel insurance cover us? They won’t refund or give us credit!

[Jenny @jenren06]

@54JohnBull Thanks John will take a look 😬😬

[Jenny @jenren06]

@itvMLshow #MartinLewis We’ve had flights cancelled to Vietnam by Thai airways but we booked internal flights in Vietnam separately with Vietjet air, I’ve contacted them to say we cannot get there, can we cancel the bookings. Response - no they are non-refundable so we can’t.

[Jenny @jenren06]

@54JohnBull Nope the internal flights haven’t been cancelled as you can still fly internally you just can’t enter the country... I had travel insurance but it ran out in April, I’ve renewed with the same company tho?

[Jenny @jenren06]

@Travel_Up so great at time of booking but so allusive once booked. I still haven't received my tickets and I go on holiday next sunday!! I've called, emailed and now been on hold for 30mins!! #CustomerService #helpme
