in some ways this latest COVID wave feels the most depressing, as it's genuinely hard to tell what we're even reaching for anymore. everything feels simultaneously accessible and irresponsible, and you don't feel 100% good about any choice

@evebennettx I've got CFS/M.E (not caused by covid) and u get this and in my arms as well. It could be long covid, as symptoms are seeming to be similar to CFS/M.E ....try hot water bottle or a bath to help soothe the ache. Xx
