Concepts Every Developer Should Know: CI/CD Pipelines.

A CI/CD pipeline is an automated workflow that manages the building, testing, and release of code through continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery or deployment (CD).

It integrates the various stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) into a seamless, repeatable process.

These stages include source code management, automated testing, artifact creation, deployment orchestration, and automated security scanning.

The goal is simple: catch issues as early as possible, when they're cheaper and easier to fix.

But that only works if developers trust the feedback the pipeline provides.

If security scanners generate too many false positives, developers begin treating security checks like any other noisy build failure.

As more security feedback moves directly into CI/CD, the quality of that feedback becomes just as important as the coverage.

That's why scanner fidelity matters. Checkmarx's latest announcement introduces a Hybrid scanning approach that combines AI-driven analysis with traditional deterministic rules to improve the quality of security findings before they reach developers.

Gender verification in sports ensures fair competition in single-sex events. Methods have evolved from physical exams and chromosome tests to hormone testing. Chromosome tests, which identify XX or XY patterns, proved unreliable due to biological variations and did not consistently correlate with athletic performance, leading to their abandonment by sports organizations.

In contrast, testosterone tests focus on hormone levels, which are directly linked to athletic ability. Testosterone significantly impacts muscle mass, strength, and endurance, providing a more accurate measure of performance potential. Unlike chromosome tests, testosterone levels are quantifiable and can be monitored, offering a practical approach to maintaining competitive balance.

With testosterone levels differing up to 15 times between men and women, it is a crucial indicator for categorizing athletes. Testosterone testing ensures fairness by addressing a key biological factor affecting athletic performance, making it a superior method for maintaining equal competition compared to chromosome testing.

不要過度簡化複雜的問題。性別可以用多種方式來判定，從生理外貌、染色體再到睾酮水準。

1️⃣ 生理外貌
根據身分證字號，林郁婷在 28 年前就被台灣政府判定為女性，這也表明外在因素表明她是生理女性。

2️⃣ 染色體檢測
林郁婷「並沒有」因為染色體檢測被判定為男性，唯一的爭議源自於國際拳擊協會（IBA）模糊且未公開的證據。但值得一提的是，IBA 與與台灣不友好的關係可能是原因之一，而且 IBA 也沒有提到染色體檢測。

3️⃣ 睾酮水準
林郁婷「有」通過了睾酮檢測並被判定為女性，這項檢測是國際奧委會（IOC）及多個運動員協會認可的，包括國際田徑總會。

上面三點都是事實。

那唯一的爭議是什麼呢？就是她的染色體到底是 XX 還是 XY？

首先，沒有證據表明她是 XY。即使她是 XY，XY 也可以被視為是女性，這就是為什麼國際協會如國際田聯（IAAF）和國際奧委會現在採用睾酮來判定的原因，染色體檢測單純就是過時了。

但這裡必需再次強調，林「並沒有」被檢測為 XY。

然後再強調一次，不要過度簡化複雜的問題，林郁婷的爭議可能是個單純的科學問題，也有可能是個複雜的政治問題。

Don't oversimplify the complicated questions. Male or female can be determined by various factors, from physical appearance, chromosomes to testosterone levels.

1. Physical Appearance
Lin *WAS* recognized as female by the Taiwanese government 28 years ago, as indicated by her social security number, which also suggests that her physical appearance aligns with being female.

2. Chromosomes Test
Lin was *NOT* identified as male by a chromosome test. The controversy comes from the IBA's sketchy and undisclosed evidence. It's worth mentioning that the IBA's unfriendly attitude against Taiwan may be the reason why they’re against Lin. And IBA did not mention anything about chromosomes test.

3. Testosterone Test
Lin *WAS* identified as female by a testosterone test, which is approved by the IOC and various athlete associations including IAAF (World Athletics)

These are the facts, as stated above.

So what is the only controversy? Is her chromosome XX or XY?

First, there is *NO* evidence shows that Lin is an XY. Even if she were, XY can still indicate female that’s why international associations like World Athletics (IAAF) and the IOC now use testosterone regulations. Chromosome tests are just simply outdated.

At this point I must emphasize again that Lin was NOT identified as male by a chromosome test.

And again, don’t oversimplify complicated questions, Lin’s situation can either be a simple science question or just the political one. We don’t know, so we discuss with facts.

影視反映人生，所以，演藝圈自然是人性眾生相，而每個國家的演藝圈，反映著這個民族的共同性格。中國娛樂圈反映的民族性其一，可以在五月坎城影展上陳可辛的《醬園弄》記者會上看得到。

主演章子怡在台上大談自己表演的辛苦，然後突然可能是心有不甘，開始說道自己倍受煎熬的一場戲，竟然被導演陳可辛剪掉了。

在首映記者會上講這種事，多半是以開玩笑的態度，半嗔地撒個嬌，製造一點現場笑聲。妙的是，章子怡竟然真的擺起了臭臉。
陳：我沒剪啊
章：剪掉啦！

甚至還給了陳一個扭頭白眼。

這還沒完，章子怡甚至還叫了隔壁的男主角雷佳音，要他當場作證，與此同時，章還要轉頭朝向台下記者，露出甜美的笑容，不知是在安撫記者這只是劇組間的開玩笑日常，還是要提醒大家，這劇組是老娘最大。

陳可辛不斷解釋，英語口譯人員不斷翻譯，這場非競賽電影的記者會頓時變得很混亂，然後章太后突然一句「下來再說」，同時燦笑輕撫陳可辛，自顧自地強制中止這場她引起的混亂。

然後陳可辛還要解釋為什麼沒用這個片段→其實是在暗捧章子怡。回應陳的章子怡回話，「anyway，在這個moment……」在這個有即時口譯的國際記者會上突然晶晶體上身了。

霸氣十足。

講難聽的，導演是一部電影的最高責任者，沒有人應該剝奪他的責任，沒人可以決定他如何決定這部電影長什麼樣子。大衛林區被剝奪《沙丘魔堡》最終剪輯權，最終一輩子恨透沙丘這兩個字；大衛芬奇被剝奪《異形3》、山姆雷米被剝奪《蜘蛛人3》，這種例子如過江之鯽。而今天，一個演員竟然膽敢在公開記者會上，給導演擺臉色賞白眼，質疑他有沒有資格去更動電影內容，而原因只是因為她很努力演這場戲。

這就是被極端化的中國民族性，是一種純粹的階級高層目中無人態度。如今中國娛樂圈階級分明，爭奪「番位」成了首要任務，什麼是番位？是海報與宣傳上誰的姓名在前，在官方社群帳號推文裡姓名出現的順序，而在這場記者會上，番位意識呈現在進場後就座的順序：所有人就定位後不准坐，都要等「一等番位」坐，而誰是第一等？是陳可辛與章子怡同時坐下後，其他人才能坐。

而這場40分鐘記者會第25分鐘，章子怡開始抱怨陳可辛的時刻，又證明了章的番位還在陳之上。

這種番位意識還只是這種天龍人氣質的一種面向，甚至也只是《醬園弄》在坎城發生的醜事之一，舉個例子：

你可以google「醬園弄 紅毯」，會發現有兩家媒體上報與POPBEE，新聞標題都用了「清空紅毯」這個詞，擷取其中一段內容：「女主角章子怡備受坎城官方禮遇，當她紅毯亮相時，獨享清場2分鐘的拍照待遇，排面十足。」

首先，「章子怡戛納紅毯清場」，是微博熱搜關鍵字，這些新聞就是直接抄熱搜做文章，特別上面的「排面十足」都直接是中國用語了。

再者，繁忙的坎城紅毯，真的有可能為一個中國明星清場嗎？這應該是全球娛樂圈大消息吧？而且有什麼清場的必要？沒有天王天后有過這種待遇啊？但如果你回到番位意識去思考：我第一、我獨大、不可有次等者掠我美，那就很清楚了，這種清場紅毯舉動，是完全的中國思維。

所以如果這是中國思維，那剩下的問題就是，《醬園弄》劇組何德何能搞出一片乾淨的紅毯？答案其實也很簡單，那就是《醬園弄》並不是坎城影展競賽作品，它是非競賽作品，來此首映亮相。坎城影展並非單單表彰優秀電影，它還是全球電影版權的交易場，有些電影都會來此初見世，《芙莉歐莎》或《駭客任務》等商業電影都來過坎城，或是為了賣片、或是為了宣傳。

所以，《醬園弄》的紅毯非彼紅毯，不是那個全球注目的競賽片紅毯，而是自己租借的紅毯，當然沒人要來掠美，當然可以作到完全清場，這是買的紅毯、製造的紅毯、專門為了上熱搜的紅毯，這錢花得當然值得，連一水之隔的台灣媒體，都吃了這口假飯。

我已經期待《醬園弄》很久了，因為這是陳可辛自《親愛的》之後睽違十年執導的電影（我忽略了《奪冠》唷），現在這種期待多了一層意義：我想看章子怡到底端出什麼樣嘔心瀝血的演技，我想看演技爛爆表的楊冪這次鼻涕會流多長，我想看看，陳可辛這次還能跪得多低。

從昨晚就從不同媒體聽到，國民黨今早要派專人盯我，我實在滿頭問號！

一走上議場階梯平台，就聽到國民黨有人大喊：洪申翰來了！出去抓他！

然後，張智倫就從裡面竄出來，把拐子架上我脖子，謝龍介就從後面上來抓我，林德福從旁邊來拉我！

我當場嗆張智倫：「這是我上班的地方，回你的中和炒地皮去，不要擋我上班！」

他聽了一怔呆住。

我是中華民國立法委員，這是我上班的地方，為何我依法行使我的職權，還要被國民黨派專人來架我脖子擋我上班？

說實話，其實打架不可恥，但為了違憲的擴權法案，硬要跳過所有國會審議程序而打架，這才最可恥！
