@BayPhotoLab I'm now 4 hours on hold in line, I inched up to 23rd in line..... But to be fair, 2.5 of those hours were before whatever altercation happened over there, and before I got hung up on and had to get back at the end of the line.

What’s going on at @BayPhotoLab ? I placed a small print order- literally 2 mounted 5x7s- on 12/2 and it hasn’t made it into production yet. More complicated orders placed a week and a half later have already shipped and arrived.

I called @BayPhotoLab CS and spent 2 hours on hold. I came off hold to what sounds like a literal fist fight- lots of yelling, commotion- I heard some really disturbing things- only to be placed on hold again without speaking to anyone. I hope the people involved are safe. 😳
