@IvanRaiklin and I - a previously persecuted January 6th Defendant, finally spoke.

My quoted post on Ivan's "Please caption this" video likely and unexpectedly received the most retweets and views (at over 200k) next to his own video that reached around 10 million and climbing. This was when those on X had taken an interest in my mentioning that I had found that there were no valid Oaths of Office in the Department of Justice and United States District Courts where the January 6th prosecutions are taking place, which I have legally-proven on my own January 6th Case record.

In a direct message I sent to Ivan, he responded to me with a necessary prerequisite for speaking with him. I had to watch two of his recent interviews that amounted to nearly FOUR HOURS of watch time in total of watching him speak - then we could talk.

Okay. Fine. He wanted to make sure I was filled in.

I watch two of the interviews he suggested totaling for FOUR hours.

Now, everyone keep in mind. Ivan requested January 6 Defendants to reach out as said in his viral video (at around 17:40) to be a part of his research team, which I thought (and so did many users on X!) would've made for an exciting opportunity between him and I.

We are both talking about jurisdictional issues involving January 6th, with his focus being on the Capitol Police, and mine with the Department of Justice "prosecutors" and the District Court "judges" on every single federal January 6th case.

Ivan mentioned he wanted to involve January 6th defendants into his plan as researchers to directly assist in going after of what he believes to be the main culprits of January 6th, lawfully and legally, followed by a live-streaming of arrests.

As an ex-January 6th defendant who has seen all of the crime being committed from within the January 6th cases themselves, I loved this idea! It implied that he had a respectful and open ear towards someone who went through a January 6th prosecution, having gone through hell and back with it myself, and was willing to also do something about it. Our goals seemed similar.

I unlawfully went to jail for 3 months for questioning the authority of the court (not for January 6th itself) and was illegally arrested on a SEALED bench warrant (unsigned by an arresting officer for months) as ORDERED by a "judge" who lacked any proper civil or judicial Oath of Office or rightful jurisdiction. I had proven on court record as a pro se lawyer representing myself that this Oath of Office issue was prevalent, never receiving a response about these lack of Oaths from the court itself.

Having had 2 YEARS of legal experience and research from within my own January 6th case on being a Defendant and the Oaths of Office, and Ivan having 3 YEARS of legal experience into researching the criminality and connections between the Capitol Police and January 6th prosecutions , it made for expectancy of a great, mutually respectable discussion... Or so I thought.

Let it be known: I have little trust for attorneys, and with good reason.

All of my January 6th attorneys before I decided to go pro se had betrayed me. Court-appointed, pro bono or "Constitutional" attorneys - it didn't matter. They all either lied or avoided the hard questions when push came to shove. I can name names and it's not an anomaly within most January 6th cases.

I thought maybe - with Ivan's gusto and apparent drive to go right to the crux of these issues as displayed in his viral video - he would be a 'different' kind attorney to talk to or even work with, as he - again, said he wanted to work directly with January 6th Defendants, their lawyers, and their families themselves.

After using my time to watch FOUR HOURS of Ivan's interviews while listening attentively, he finally calls once I'm finished, and we eventually speak on that call that lasted a little over 20 minutes.

What's the first thing I'm told right off the bat?

Despite all of those tags, retweets and 200k views of my viral captioned post to HIS video sent directly to him, Ivan said he didn't read ANYTHING of what was sent or provided by me through everyone who was also interested on X. Not even through direct messages I sent before our phone conversation.

Again, I watched nearly FOUR HOURS of his information required to even speak with him, but he felt what I had provided to him was too much to read.

Fine. I can tell him in the call instead. No big deal. For more than half of that 20 minute call, Ivan and I spoke about what was said in his interviews first.

When it finally came time for me to explain what I wanted to say all along after TWO YEARS of dealing with the Department of Justice and United States District Courts MOSTLY by myself in my own January 6th case, he almost immediately shut me down.

Our talk went like this:

Before I could even get my points in - If I wasn't going to acknowledge everything that HE said was the BEST and most-root cause solution - specifically being the Capitol Police and their jurisdictional zones, I was "wasting" his time.

What arrogance from somebody asking for the assistance of January 6th Defendants.

I never refuted his angle as being untrue in regards to his accuracy of criminal implications within the Capitol Police, however...

How can the Capitol Police be a GREATER ISSUE than the actual Department of Justice prosecutors and United States District Courts judges NOT having valid Oaths of Office on file REQUIRED to go after and sentence January 6'ers like myself in the first place?

The answer: It isn't.

Ivan claims he only cares about root-issues, to which I said I do, too. I work holistically. Hence why I went after the Oaths of Office in my case.

I responded:

If there are no judges or prosecutors bound by a documented Oath of Office as contract, THAT's your root issue, if not an accompanying one at the very least.

The Capitol Police are NOTHING without the Department of Justice "prosecutors" under Matthew M. GRAVES and the United States District Court "Chief Judges" as Beryl Alaine HOWELL and James Emanuel BOASBERG putting January 6th protestors away in jail. All of those names I just mentioned I myself (as well as other Oath researchers) have proven all lack proper Oaths of Office. I placed this evidence on court record, which would have been known by Ivan if my post was actually seen and read.

Ivan did not want to discuss any of it, while not refuting their lack of Constitutional Oaths of Office, either.

Now, this is exactly what every January 6th attorney of mine has done: You present the Oath issue to them, and they typically never flat out DENY it as important or true, but they also never address it as the defining factor that it is. The Court and prosecution has NO jurisdiction over January 6'ers without the right Oath of Office... required for any federal case, even outside of January 6th.

To me, Ivan's willingness to completely ignore this information I have given him tells me that he's just another attorney that is not willing to address the Department of Justice and Courts, first and foremost. He instead chooses to focus on the Capitol Police because it's the easier target: The henchmen and scapegoats of the real problem - the Department of Justice and the District Courts for the District of Columbia.

Again, I do not believe Ivan's information is false, but without entities such as the federal courts that are entirely favoring statutory law, attorneys would have no jobs as property exchangers through their attorning. Had Ivan allowed me to talk longer, I wouldn't be assuming that he's no different from every other attorney involved with January 6th that avoids the elephant in the room - the Oathless prosecutors and Courts.

But see how actual January 6'ers are treated, folks?

We're sometimes asked to contribute, and then told to shut up or get ignored entirely while the attorneys talk big game and inevitably don't do JACK SHIT.

Us January 6'ers seems to be the political chess pieces, and Ivan spoke down and completely disrespected my time.

I can't stress enough, that We the People have the opportunity to end EVERY SINGLE ILLEGAL FEDERAL PROSECUTION and RULING across the United States of America, including Donald TRUMP's indictments, were this nonpartisan Oath of Office issue to be exposed and actually used by our lawyers. There are no federal "judges" or federal "prosecutors" in the District of Columbia that have a proper Oath of Office on record - which myself and others have effectively and meticulously proven.

Just look at my quoted thread to his viral post again, in which I've included emails, links to court filings, documents and all - because Ivan Raklin won't.

In conclusion, people like Ivan that say they're willing to coordinate live-stream arrests but won't actually talk more than a few minutes with a January 6th Defendant to learn how to address the proven-criminal impersonators of federal officers in the Department of Justice of United States District Courts in a lawful and legal manner.

Ivan says he wants to free all 1,400 January J6 Defendants - which are only related to his approach with the Capitol Police. But the entire Department of Justice and every federal District Courts first and foremost? That frees everyone in the entire country under the tyranny of these fraudulent courts lacking all Article III jurisdiction due to deviant judicial Oaths - including J6'ers, but hubris and disrespect for me is keeping his vision in a tunnel.

Ivan should try telling the fake "Chief Judge" of D.C. that he'll have him arrested for not having a proper judicial Oath of Office, or Department of Justice prosecutors to fuck off, because I've already done that - even being praised by the same "judge" later on for showing some intelligence, so Ivan's clearly got some catching up to do. (ATTACHED.)

Most importantly, I actually listen to what others have to say without any arrogance on my part. I'm not too self-important, even thought I do hold myself in high regard where many others have already given up, and I don't give a damn if I've got 10 million views or not - but this message that Ivan is ignoring is worth tenfold of that. I already put in the work as shown in the receipts that I've provided, and Ivan willingly chose not to read them.

This being my first foray into the FLYNN camp, I'm very disappointed and now a bit suspicious of what's really trying to be accomplished here. It's not a good look.

Everyone should try and hear-out genuine January 6'ers and their families who have been giving it their all for the past several years with very little actual help from their attorneys or mainstream media - instead of listening to those who make big claims about helping us, but won't even give their time's worth of a few minutes in exchange for several hours of ours.

"Constitutional" attorneys who don't see the Oaths of Office to our Constitution as contractual bonds as TOP importance in a court of law as THE root issue, is a grand enigma, and unfortunately not the first time that this has happened.

It gives reason why we've fallen so short of justice in this country - to completely ignore the importance of an Oath of Office as bond, or in these cases, the lack thereof.
