#OAI13: Concerning diamond open access, remember SCOAP3 has published more than 60,000 articles since 2014, without direct costs to authors. The operation is sponsored by 3,000 libraries in 45 countries, ensuring no barriers to OA publishing in high quality peer-review journals.
