This Texas bill is a gift to would-be rapists. Under this bill, if a undocumented woman is raped and she goes to the hospital for a rape exam, the police would arrest her and ignore the rape and the rapist; thereby leaving that rapist free to rape again. Great job #TXLeg #txlege
